Painted in Truro, MA, June 23, 24 (journal), former Congregational Church on Corn Hill. ED note says it painted in the "PM" and "Wharf in Rain" in the AM. See painting of same church painted the same week, "Church Interior," 1928. He went there with painter Raymond Eastwood. Ink inscription on old photo
mis-dates it as "1924." ED cut down the piece from 36 x 30.
