Drawn in Provincetown, MA, March 31 (journal) at the Race Point Coast Guard Station. Drawn as a favor for Captain Collins there who was required to supply a perspective drawing of the government buildings from the breeches buoy station mast. ED knew all the Coast Guardsmen well as he so often walked to Race Point.
