Painted in Sèvres, France, February 28 (journal). ED went to Sèvres with the Parmenters. See letter to Esther February 27, 1924. ED also went with Jack Green to Sèvres for sketching on February 18 (journal), and on February 24 with Dick Parmenter where he "did" the "church were Joan was.", (journal).
