Painted in Provincetown, MA. Painting usually dated by ED many years later as "1924" but HDB
believes an earlier date is stylistically more nearly correct. Harry Campbell owned an art supply store. He
was the brother of Marion Campbell, wife of Charles W. Hawthorne, and father of Caro Campbell, CR# and
CR#.
